abuses of law and the contest between those seeking the abuses of the law and those seeking the uses of the law is in progress today as it has been for centuries Assaults upon the rights of the masses by political abuses of the law are uioro dangerous and more effective than assaults by force When threat ened by force you know your danger and know your foes and have the op portunity to conical in
