decayed tooth should be a disgrace to any civilized It is universally accepted that a clean surface does not decay All decay is caused by germs and the germs cannot multiply and work evil unless particles of food arc left on under or between the teeth When these particles are so left they first become softened by the saliva and then afford lodgment for certain germs which excite an acid The acid arc formed at tacks the enamel of the teeth and this is finally perforated Now the door is open for the germs of decay to In this minute opening in the enamel they find a sheltered spot where they can increase and by their rrtion cause This whole process of the forma t tion of tire destructive acid many take place within a single day if the toilet of the mouth is neglected Seeing how easy the Election by Contesting the Electta of Every County Of ficerThe following is an extract from the petition filed in the Muhlcnbcrg Circuit Court by E A Taylor against W O Belcher That at precinct number mile known and diaignatcd as the Rose wood precinct the election was held in the school house and the officers holding it is fraudulently and illeg ally placed the booth with the open end or curtain fronting an open window so that persons on the could see through into the room and into the booth and how the voter marked his ballot and that many voters after they had stamped their ballot illegally exhibited and displayed the remarks thereon to the said persons outside yet the said officers illegally anti deposited the ballots so ex hibited in the ballot box That at precinct No 3 known and designated as the West Central City precinct the election was held in a storeroom and the officers holding it fraudulently anti illegally placed the booths with the open end or curtain fronting an open window so that persons on the out side could see through it into the room into the booth and how the voter marked his ballot and that many voters after they had stamped their ballot illegally
