within thirty days after the passage of the act The board is to consist of four members who shall be persons of recognized professional ability and graduates of a school of veterinary medi cine surgery or dentistry recoy nized by the American Veterinary Medical Association and who shall have practiced veterinary medi cine for live years preceding ap pointment The term of office for the board
