the ballots in those precincts They know that both before and after I had takes these steps to correct the fraud t I offered ublicly to abide a recount of I the ballots and asked nothing more I I Frbyahear the contest and dismissed it without a trial They know that I then filed a suit in the Lincoln Circuit Court to compel the Committee to try the contest They know that attar hear ing all of the proof the Court that the contest had been dismissed without any trial and so entered a judgment directing the Committee to meet upona certain day and hear the contest as provided by law They know that Mr McCarty in order to smother the facts and prevents recount of the ballots executed a bond e execution of this judgment an carried the case to the Court of Ap peals They know that every step
