out of the county and save time and ex- ¬ pense He accordingly gave Deputy Sheriff Golay an order and he left for Madisonville on the 10 oclock train Later the defense objected and several hours were consumed in the argument of the question raised Judge Cook finally sus ¬ tained his previous order and it was put to record at 3 oclock Tuesday morning Deputy Golay arrived with 86 jurors and a jury was soon made up frem the stran gers Then the defense raised the point that some of the jurors had been summoned before the order was legalized and the day was con ¬ sumed in discussing that point Finally to be on the safe side Judge Cook dismissed the Hopkins county jury and ordered a panel summoned from North Christian These were on hand Wednesday morning and the following jury was made up of
