and thence into the main lagoon or water court This court will also be a series of cascades and down the various levels the water will flow to other fountains and above dainty islands which will be artistically scattered about It will broaden out at a distance of 1500 feet from the starting point into two great companion courts the cast and the west the extremities of those two water divisions being graced respectively by the magnificent Government building with its quartette of contributory structures on one side and by the Hor- Â¬ ticultural building on the other From that point the water will again descend and form the Forecourt and from that will flow into the east and west lakes two beautiful limpid bod- Â¬ ies of water each embracing 210000 square feet of space It is not hard to
