that there were three classes 67 Roose velt leaders in Kentucky viz Men who have been kicked out of office or compelled to resign from office or who failed to get an office In quoting this matter again in Its last issue tho Republican omits the sec ond party tho fellow who was compelled to resign from office Why this discrimination and why docs this matter affect the Hart ford organ of tbeg b height of impudence and slander for anybody to even hint that Judge B C ORear wa insincere in any of his Ideas or speeches He was held up to bo a model of all that was good pure and righteous in politics and a question of his Insincerity along any line was considered an Insult No body doubted Judge ORears ability nor the fairness of his Judicial mind but the pressure of the cam palgn seemed to bring out the fact that he was not especially fitted for Governor His public utterances coupled with his well known party environment did not appear to be on a parity Dutto the point The following from the Morgan town Republican in Its last issue is evidently the sentiment of a sou whose political eyes have been op ened Under the heading of ORea Blunders the Republican says The Republican supported Hon Ed C ORear for the nomination for Governor and on through tin general election because we believed that he was the best man meas ured by every standard nomInated by any party for
