There is an unusual interest taken in it by the young folks especially the little boys and girls It is en couraging indeed to the officers and teachers to see so many come out at 280 p m each Sunday afternoon and it is their hope that the interest thus shown will not be for a short time only but continue to grdw in the hearts of the children as they pass from childhood to youths from youth to manhood and womanhood and from thence to old age It is said that man learns more in the first seven years of his life than in all the subsequent years How important that what lie learns then be sound and good But teaching is not enough It must be accomplished by train ing A child that is trained to prey to remember the Sabbath day and to ke6p it holy to go to church and Sunday school to obey its
