report with the State Auditor to make out the tax lists and collect the taxes on the valuation The total valuatiofi of all railroads is 52482108 or 247411 more than last year The taxes on this amount to be paid to the State amounts to 240000 The report shows that the total mileage is 8000 against 8055 last year The net earn ings of all the roads show a de crease of only 15000 while the gross
