Gill Prather, a young married man, years old, shot and about twenty-liv- e probably fatally wounded another young man named Robert Burton at Paint Lick, this county, Friday afternoon. We are unable to give full particulars, but it seems the two men had had trouble and, meeting on the railroad track, Prather pulled a pistol and opened lire on Burton, whom it is said was unarmed. A shot hit Burton, entering his bowels, and it is yet believed he will die.
