Constable Culien had a warrant for Ira Wade for an alleged breach of the peace and had been looking1 for Wade for some time and Tuesday found him in S. S; Jlul-lin- 's barroom. After the constable had arrested Wade, he said: "All right; I'll go with you as soon as I give uncle a bottle," aud then Wade ran out of the saloon door. Four men were seriously injured Tuesday night by the explosion of a giant firecracker in the Ilaymarkct saloon, at Preston and Jefferson streets.
