Stanford Journal. Sentence Reduced Acting Governor Worthington has commuted the sentence of Mack Ferrill from life to ten years. Ferrill killed Sam'l Engleman, "Long Sam", at Stanford several years ago. This reduction, together with his" "good time' will leave about two more years "for Ferrill to serve.
