Bath rooms will be made back of one of these and ticket office in rear of the other. The auditorium will be 47x55 with seating capacity of 400. The stage Is to be 37x48 and orchestra pit 4x26. The dressing rooms, closets, etc., will be built under the stage, and on either side of stage will be large boxes. The balcony will seat 250 people and will be fitted up with the same chairs as the auditorium.
