Telegraph Company was made yesterday by Judge Walter Evans of the Fed oral Court In all other points the status of the two parties to the suit remains the same in rggad to the injunctlonrestralnlnJ next to her brother was from thocc same city as she they said she worked untiringly with him night after night with an intensity that probably saved his lifeat least the doctors gave her the credit
