The first week of this time, will be designated Farmers' Week. The time will be consumed by the annual conventiouB of the various live stock breeders1 associations, iucludiug the dairy and beef cattle, swine, sheep and horses, the annual meeting of the State Horticultural Society and the State Oorn Growers' Association. Each of these tions will, devote one day to their programs, some of the conventions running simultaneously in different rooiftis. This week affords the best possible opportunity, not only to hear ad interesting and instructive program by practical aud professional men of State and nation-wid- e repution, but also at opportunity to meet a large majority of the most successful farmers and stockmen of our State. Not only will the farmer find that the week spent at; the college pleasant and profitable, but also his wife aud daughter will find that special arrangements have been made for them in the way of instructions in household economics. Immediately following Farmers' Week will come the regular Winter Short Course in Agriculture, intended for the practical farmer who cannot leave his farm to take any of the'tegular college course's.
