Ilerliloii of the Fomoni Dreyfai Caio Paris Aug 31The Brest of Lieut Col Henry on the discovery that ho In the author of an Important letter which figured In the Dreyfus case Is one of the most sensational develop ments In the whole of this extraordi nary affair Col henry hns been throughout the champion of thenrmy ngalnsl Col Picqunrt with whom ho fought a duel This new development appears to alter the aspect of both the Dreyfus and Zola cases and to practically nullify the evidence of acncruU Iclllcux and Bolsdcitrc and the declaration of tho minister for war M Cnvignnc in tho chamber of deputies In fact some of the people believe that perhaps the real turning in the Dreyfus case has been reached and that the arrest of Col Henry Wilt lend to a revision of the trial of the prisoners of Devils island It appears that so soon as M Ca vatgnac assumed the office of minister for war he charged the official bureau to make u thorough research of the Dreyfus case and it was this inquiry which resulted in the recovery of doe uracnts lately read in the chamber of deputies by M Cavalgnac showing that proof of time guilt of Dreyfus wAn forged When Col Henry was sum moned to time ministry Dreyfus the minister Is determined to punish the guilty parties no matter what their rank or position may be LAW MUST BE RESPECTED Until We Osimi Control SpanIsh Low GOY Anna at lUrann and BIlu Darton
