Photograph was taken in the late morning the day after the flooding.) (Photographer Comments: Unitas Tower Dormitory. The boilers pictured were put in about 3 months prior to the flood. The air handler was completely stripped of insulation and sanitized. All of the insulation in the mechanical room is being stripped and replaced.)
