This collection mainly consists of the scrapbooks and memory books of Camilla Herdman of Bowling Green, Kentucky. The seven books, dated 1922-1933, contain letters, clippings, photographs, and ephemera saved by Camilla while she was in her teens and twenties. The couple also had a younger son named Walter, who eventually became Kentucky's Assistant Attorney General. Camilla graduated from Bowling Green High School (Kentucky) in 1927 and attended Sophia Newcomb College in New Orleans before eventually graduating from the University of Alabama ca. 1933.
