An 1825 business letter from John Pendleton of Frankfort, Kentucky, to William Taylor, Jr., that makes mention of a Mr. Bibb, a Mr. Crittenden, a Mr. J. Harvie, a council for the Bank, and an unidentified continuance. Mr. Pendleton also indicates in the letter that Mr. Harvie is willing "to write to some of the witnessess not to attend."
