Old Louisville. (Printed verso reads: "'The General', Beside Union Station. Owned and recently restored by the L. & N. Railroad, 'The General' is a train engine made famous during the Civil War when it was stolen in 1862 by Union soldiers. The station itself is also noteworthy as a typical railroad terminal of the late 19th century. It was designed by F.W. Mobray and erected between 1881 and 1891.")
