This collection is an undated certificate issued to Mrs. Georgie Wise by the Women's Monumental Fund who formed to raise funds for a statue in the memory of late Gov. William Goebel.

This collection is an undated certificate issued to Mrs. Georgie Wise by the Women's Monumental Fund who formed to raise funds for a statue in the memory of late Gov. William Goebel. The certificate is signed by the Fund's president, Mrs. C.C. McChord (?); the secretary, Mrs. William Cromwell; and committee chairwoman, Mrs. Edward Fennell.
