Basic Computer Photo furnished CHRISTIAN ACADEMY OF LAWRENCEBURG VISITS KENTUCKY STATE CAPITOL Christian Academy of Lawrenceburg seventh and eighth grade students visited the capitol in Frankfort as guests of state Rep. Kim King (center). Teacher Jana Terrell (far left) helped to coordinate the visit which included being a part of the gallery in the State House of Representatives and getting to listen to the Japanese Foreign Minister as he helped celebrate the 100th anniversary of the planting of cherry trees in Washington, D.C. as a sign of friendship. The foreign minister presented the governor with 20 cherry trees for planting this spring on the capitol grounds. He thanked Kentuckians for the great relationship that exists between the Japanese people and their partners in the business community here in Kentucky. Basic keyboarding (Typing) is required before taking this class. Basic keyboarding is a free class offered at ACE year-round.
