Scope and Content

These document members of the hospital staff, patients, treatment, and administration.

Documentation is included on Lydia B. Rice, the first nurse at the Mission, and Harlan Heim, the first doctor. Materials include clinic and hospital records (1922 - 1942) that document illnesses, treatments, health care activities, and expenses. School health records (1927 - 1934, n.d.), budgets (1953 - 1976), annual reports and minutes of meetings of the hospital staff and various committees are also present.
