Scope and Content

This collection consists of souvenir and official programs, press passes, invitations, and newspaper articles concerning the inaugurations of Kentucky governors from 1911-1995. Governors include Paul Patton, Brereton Jones, Martha Layne Collins, John Y. Brown, Jr., Edward Breathitt, Wallace Wilkinson, Simeon Willis, Earle Clements, A.B. Chandler, and Wendell Ford. Also included is a program for the inauguration of Richard Nixon in 1969.
