Secretary of the Seelbach Hotel in Louisville (Ky.). Seelbach's 22 Jan. 1916 letter to John T. Settle of the Louisville Free Public Library notes that an enclosure regarding the availability of Daniel Boone letter. Settle's 3 Feb. 1916 response indicates that the library had no funds for such a purchase and suggests he contact Rogers Clark Ballard Thruston. Car file in repository
