This crazy, caring, fun-hearted guy is someone you just can’t miss as you walk down the halls at Ballard Memorial. From his belly laugh to his winning smile, Michael is just someone you want to be around. He was born in Carbondale, Ill., but luckily for us he moved to Barlow with his mom Katrina Kimbrell, and his stepfather Greg Pangman. Michael was a three-year member on the track and field team and also participated in FBLA his freshman year. Outside of school this big teddy bear enjoys attending Barlow First Baptist, working, and playing basketball. One of his most favorite things at BMHS is lunch time, where you can always catch him chowing down on an apple. Michael aspires to go to college or join the military, then go on and become a judge. There is no way that anyone at BMHS will forget Michael Kimbrell, even after he graduates. He has picked us all up when we were down and has left a footprint in so many of our lives. The son of Tabitha Pearson of Barlow, Robert is quiet and soft-spoken, often keeping to himself unless around his friends. When he isn’t hanging with his friends, Robert can be found playing basketball or attending one of two churches—Barlow First Baptist or Bardwell Baptist.
