Scope and Content

This collection contains two identical handbills for the sale of property in Lexington, Fayette County, Kentucky, on June 7, 1893. The land for sale is called Fairlawn. It was originally 145.036 acres but had been divided into four lots for the purpose of the sale. Howard S. McCann was acting as the assignee for A. Smith McCann. A map is included on the handbill.

Arrangement: Original order maintained for the collection.
