Minutes of the Quarterly Meeting of the Board of Regents held on May 19, 2006
Ms. Burr moved, seconded by Ms. Hays, that the Minutes of the Quarterly Meeting of the
` Board of Regents held on May 19, 2006, be approved as presented. Motion carried.
` Interim President Tim Miller introduced Jim Vaughan, Assistant Vice President for
l Enrollment Management, who gave a report on enrollment.
l Mr. Vaughan gave a report on Fall 2005/2006 Final Enrollment Comparison which
included: All Enrollments; By State, All Enrollments; By State, First-Time Freshmen
Enrollments; By State, First-Time Transfer Enrollments; African-American; Special Market
Areas, All Students; and, Special Market Areas, F irst-Time Freshmen.
The good news is that we continue to have an increase in enrollment. The final Fall
2005/2006 enrollment is:
